Investment strategy
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the highest possible yield on the short-term investment of the Fund's assets with the achievement of a higher stability of the Fund's share price. Given the investment objective of the Fund, the Fund is permanently exposed to the money and bonds market, by investing not less than 60% of the Fund's net assets in financial instruments whose maturity is not longer than one year. In addition, the Fund's strategy allows investment in financial instruments in the BiH market, EU Member States and non-EU member states.

Permitted investment and investment restrictions
• The Fund's assets are invested in the following instruments in line with the legal requirements:
• Term deposits and cash on accounts with authorised banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the EU Member States, and other states , with a maximum tenor of 12 months;
• Money market instruments issued by or guaranteed by Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, or local and regional government units of the FBiH and the RS, or by the central bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, EU Member States (Member States), local government units or central banks of the Member States, the European Central Bank, European Investment Bank, non-Member States, federal units of federal countries, or by a public international body of which one or more Member States are members;
• LT debt securities issued by or guaranteed by Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, or local and regional government units of the FBiH and the RS, or by the central bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, EU Member States (Member States), local government units or central banks of the Member States, the European Central Bank, European Investment Bank, non-Member States, federal units of federal countries, or by a public international body of which one or more Member States are members, and LT debt securities of the banks registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina or in a Member State or non-Member States;
• Investment funds which primarily invest into low-risk instruments with fixed yield rate issued either in B&H, EU Member States or non-Member States;
• The Fund's currency exposure in KM and EUR is at least 70% of the Fund's net assets value.
• The Fund may invest more than 35% of the Fund's net assets in the financial instruments issued or backed by Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska or local and regional government units of the FBiH and the RS, or by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a member state, CEFTA member state or OECD member state in line with legal terms and conditions.
