Our Investment Banking staff provides issuing agent services in the sale of financial instruments without the obligation of repurchase. This service includes preparation and implementation of the entire issue process for the customer in line with the law and regulations for IPOs (Initial Public Offers) and SPOs (Secondary Public Offers).

  • Issue arrangement

    • Arrangements are done for different types of financial instruments and money market instruments:

      Debt securities -  government, corporate, municipal bonds.

      Equity  securities - shares - initial and secondary public offers, capital increase through capital markets, sale of shares in  capital markets, privatisation through capital markets, listing on regulated markets (through the stock-exchange), sale of shares to employees of companies (participation of employees in the privatisation of companies).

      Money market instruments - treasury bills and treasury notes
