- Modernisation of the ATM network to meet the technology trends

(Sarajevo, 20/04/2018) - “It is my pleasure to announce that our ATM network has been expanded by 11 new, multifunctional machines.  I am proud to say that we are the first bank on this market to offer this kind of ATM service.  Our wish is to offer our customers a wide range of business channels and allow them to choose which one suits them the best.   In this way we will make our services even more accessible to customers and speed up their transactions“, said Karlheinz Dobnigg, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank, and added that these ATMs, besides cash withdrawal from card accounts, offer other services as well.

BankomatIQ is not an ordinary ATM, because it enables customers to make payments from their sight deposit accounts with the Bank, or to make payments to all their accounts, while corporate entities have the option to deposit their daily takings.  Customers can also use the money exchange service, which does not require holding a Raiffeisen bank card.

Raiffeisen Bank implemented this project in cooperation with Printec Group, which operates in 17 countries of SE Europe, where they delivered and maintain more than 30,000 ATMs.
