Wide network of Raiffeisen Bank in the B&H market continues to expand

(Sarajevo, 12/01/2018) – In presence of its customers, business partners, media representatives and finally the Bank representatives, Raiffeisen Bank in Sarajevo marked official opening of its new branch through the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

 “We are proud that today we have officially opened our new branch in the most-populated municipality in Sarajevo, as well as that a wide range of our services for private individuals and legal entities will be available at another modern and accessible location. Our aim is to make our services accessible to our customers and to maximise their positive experience when visiting Raiffeisen branches. Although development of technology sets different banking standards to which we are continuously striving to respond by adapting the offer of our Bank in the area of digital services, we do not neglect the demands of our customers who wish to bank in a traditional way, through our branches“, said Mirha Hasanbegović, Management Board Member of Raiffeisen Bank.

Our new branch team headed by Mrs Almira Kokanović will be available to our customers to render high-quality services and find adequate financial solutions by cherishing firm partner relations. An additional benefit for the customers who are approved any loan type by 05.02.2018 is that no loan approval fee will be charged by the Bank.

The branch is located at Džemala Bijedića 129, Nova Otoka Settlement and its services will be available to customers between 8am and 4pm on business days and 8am and 13pm on Saturdays. There is also a Cash Point machine outside the branch that provides cash depositing and cash withdrawals.
