This award acknowledges our continuous innovations regarding the service offer“, stated Mr. Karlheinz Dobnig, Chairman of the Management Board of Raiffeisen Bank and added that, over the past year, the bank introduced the Viber Banking service and, this year, the “m-pay” service” for smart phone payments without cash, card or internet. This makes Raiffeisen Bank the first one in the BiH market to have offered this kind of a service.

Winners of this prestigous award by Global Finance were selected on basis of numerous criteria such as strength of the strategy to attract and render services to new digital customers, increase of digital customers number, comprehensive offer, and benefits of digital initiatives.
